In 2016, Bobbi founded McKenzie Business Service, LLC, quickly building a strong clientele in the Willamette Valley. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she is known for her dedication and expertise in payroll and accounting. Bobbi offers comprehensive accounting services, including financial statement preparation, payroll management, and accounts payable.

With more than 35 years of experience, including her role as Administrator at Vox Public Relations, Bobbi has extensive expertise in office administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, job costing, and tax report preparation.

Trina, an alumna of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers conducting financial statement audits. She then served as Finance Director at Eugene Airport before becoming a Managing Director at Mead & Hunt, specializing in air service consulting. With over 20 years of experience in market analytics and financial forecasts, Trina played a key role in the success of Mead & Hunt's Air Service Consulting division.

Returning to her passion for accounting, Trina offers comprehensive and precise accounting services. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor and a licensed CPA, she is committed to excellence.

Bob's financial expertise and commitment to community service are vital to McKenzie Business Service, LLC. He retired as Finance Director at the Springfield Utility Board (SUB) after over two decades, where he handled financial oversight, strategic planning, and budget management.

Previously, Bob was CFO at Sherman Brother’s Trucking and the Eugene Clinic. He earned his CPA credentials while working at a local CPA firm and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. Bob is also active in the Springfield community, serving as a member and former president of the Springfield Twin Rivers Rotary Club and as Treasurer for the Springfield City Club.

Olivia, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor at McKenzie Business Service, LLC, is known for her meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in her work. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Olivia is admired for her academic and athletic achievements. She graduated high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA and excelled in varsity sports. As a wrestler, she became the first 5A District Champion for girls at North Eugene High School and achieved third place at the state championships. Her dedication is evident in her previous role as Second Lieutenant at the Mahlon Sweet Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol, where she rapidly rose through the ranks.
