In 2016, Bobbi founded McKenzie Business Service, LLC, quickly building a strong clientele in the Willamette Valley. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she is known for her dedication and expertise in payroll and accounting. Bobbi offers comprehensive accounting services, including financial statement preparation, payroll management, and accounts payable.

With more than 35 years of experience, including her role as Administrator at Vox Public Relations, Bobbi has extensive expertise in office administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, job costing, and tax report preparation.

Trina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor at McKenzie Business Service, where she provides comprehensive and precise accounting and payroll services.

A graduate of the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Accounting, Trina's more than two decades of high-level financial expertise – including as a financial statement auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Finance Director at the Eugene Airport, and Managing Director at Mead & Hunt – now shape her passion for hands-on accounting.

Bob's financial expertise and commitment to community service are vital to McKenzie Business Service, LLC. He retired as Finance Director at the Springfield Utility Board (SUB) after over two decades, where he handled financial oversight, strategic planning, and budget management.

Previously, Bob was CFO at Sherman Brother’s Trucking and the Eugene Clinic. He earned his CPA credentials while working at a local CPA firm and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. Bob is also active in the Springfield community, serving as a member and former president of the Springfield Twin Rivers Rotary Club and as Treasurer for the Springfield City Club.

Olivia is a highly determined Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor known for her meticulous attention to detail.

Her commitment to accounting began early, starting with the McKenzie Business Service team while she was still in high school. This early start, combined with her ongoing education at Lane Community College, where she is earning her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting, has given her over two years of extensive, hands-on experience in full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll.

Olivia further refined her skills by completing an intensive accounting internship at Industrial Source. This blend of long-term loyalty to McKenzie Business Service, formal academic training, and real-world internship experience ensures she delivers the accurate, reliable financial services clients need.
