Bobbi is the founder of McKenzie Business Service, LLC and quickly built a strong clientele throughout the Willamette Valley. She is known for her dedication, attention to detail, and extensive experience in QuickBooks Online, payroll, and small business bookkeeping.
With more than 35 years of hands-on accounting experience, including her role as Administrator at Vox Public Relations, Bobbi brings deep knowledge in office administration, payroll processing, accounts payable, financial statement preparation, and daily bookkeeping support. Her steady guidance and practical expertise continue to shape MBS into the trusted, relationship-focused firm it is today.

Bob Fondren
Bob's financial expertise and commitment to community service are vital to McKenzie Business Service, LLC. He retired as Finance Director at the Springfield Utility Board (SUB) after over two decades, where he handled financial oversight, strategic planning, and budget management.
Previously, Bob was CFO at Sherman Brother’s Trucking and the Eugene Clinic. He earned his CPA credentials while working at a local CPA firm and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. Bob is also active in the Springfield community, serving as a member and former president of the Springfield Twin Rivers Rotary Club and as Treasurer for the Springfield City Club.

Trina Froehlich
Trina is a partner to McKenzie Business Service, LLC and co‑owner of Twin Roots Accounting LLC, where she brings more than two decades of high-level accounting experience and a truly personal approach to client work. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and her background includes roles as a financial statement auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Finance Director at the Eugene Airport, and Managing Director at Mead & Hunt.
After years in corporate environments, Trina brought her expertise home to work alongside her mom, Bobbi, and her daughter, Olivia, shifting her focus to hands on, community centered accounting. Today, she specializes in comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll services, using her extensive experience to give clients clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. Trina is proud to continue her family’s accounting legacy while building the next chapter through Twin Roots Accounting.
